Intention of the material
This material provides an introduction to German and Namibian colonial history and presents educational methods which support the understanding of historical, sociological and political debates as e.g. the renaming of streets or the handling of colonial monuments. Also it develops links between colonial history and present trade relations between the two countries. The workshop can be conducted in both cities,
Berlin and Windhoek.
